Agreement to terms
By creating an account or using LES Books, the book donation app operated by Lift Education System (Pvt) Ltd. ("LES Books", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Who can use LES Books
You must be able to form a binding contract to use LES Books, and you must provide accurate information when creating your account.
Donor and recipient responsibilities
- Listings must accurately describe the book being offered, including its condition.
- You are responsible for arranging safe, lawful pickup or handoff with the other party.
- LES Books does not inspect, own, ship, or guarantee any book listed on the platform.
- Be respectful in messages — harassment, spam, or fraudulent listings are not permitted.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to access accounts that aren't yours, uploading unlawful or infringing content, or using the platform for commercial resale rather than donation.
Content you submit
You retain ownership of the photos, descriptions, and messages you submit. By posting a listing, you grant us a limited license to display that content within the app so other users can discover it.
Account suspension
We may suspend or remove accounts or listings that violate these terms, are reported as fraudulent, or otherwise pose a risk to other users.
Disclaimer
LES Books is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the availability, quality, or safety of any listed book, or that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lift Education System (Pvt) Ltd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of LES Books, including interactions with other users during a handoff.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
